This app needs serious help. In the last 30 days, it crashed so badly I had to uninstall/reinstall on new android s21 phone. If items are unavailable from previous order, reorder feature does not work. So I had to re-input 7 items, and my order took 10 minutes instead of 2 minutes. If you have redemption code, you have to remember code and input it on order manually. If you place order from luna grill website as guest, it doesn't give bar code, so you have to locate receipt to get bar code.

No issue with Luna grill but unplug dining should be ashamed of this app. It's extremely glitchy and you can no longer log in with an email which is how I registered. Trying to enter my phone number. Just created a new account. The support bot doesn't work because it just tells you to log in using the website which redirects you to the app anyway.

Awful app. Can't pick a restaurant to order from unless your location is on.... sketchy to say the least....

The updated app is terrible. Trouble placing orders. If it wasn't broken why did you try to fix it?

With the new update I can't order, there's absolutely no menu items anymore :(

I have been using this app for years. It gets the basics down, but fails in the details. The app provides no ability to customize an order (e.g. no tomatoes in the salad). So, after I order via the app, I have to call the restaurant to customize the order. Isn't the whole purpose of the app to save me from having to call the restaurant. For a few months, the app offered the ability to enter 10 (yes ten!) whole characters to customize an order. I was able to coordinate with the restaurant to get a 10 character code for the customization that I always wanted. It wasn't great, but at least it prevented me from having to call every time I ordered. Then, a few months back, this feature was unceremoniously removed. Why? I guess they just couldn't handle those 10 characters. So, I am now back to calling the restaurant after I order on the app.

New app update crashes often. It won't let me type in responses, including my payment information. Guess I'm ordering from somewhere else for my family tonight.

It's STILL an unusable app several months later. Trying to place an order results in the app telling me to sign into the Rewards app, without actually telling me what the heck that is. I just order over the phone because they can't seem to get this working for Android which REALLY pisses me off because the iOS one works just fine. Unlike the iOS app, the Android version isn't published by Luna Grill as the developer. They contracted a third party to give us Android users left overs.
