Our switch to Outfox completed yesterday, and I've had the app installed for around 7 days. Can't log in claims my login details are "Invalid" which they aren't, as I can access the main website with the same credentials. I can't submit my start readings, on either the app or the website yet have been getting reminders via email for the last three days. To release an app or website, this flawed is a special level of incompetence. Not a good start to my contract.

Since the recent update, biometrics have been removed so you have to login with user name and password every time. Very 20th century. It's not showing my latest statement in the app but it is on the web site. It shows a different (incorrect) balance in the app to the web site. Earlier this week it showed my account in debit by the amount it was in credit. Come on surely app dev 101 is the new one should work and at least do everything the old one did. Get the basics right before re-branding.

Just updated app, no way to get in touch from website. Lost userIDs, and passwords saved on previous app. As soon as I type password, error message "The password you entered is invalid" Can login in using same details on webpage, but cannot send message. On website what use is the switch account option in menu? Only shows account you're logged in on! You have to log out, and log back in with another account details! Doesn't store username and password like old site, to auto fill fields.

App has just updated to the new branding on 16 June and I can no longer log in. It says the password is incorrect, which is not true because exactly the same password and email address work on the website. I'm using a password manager so I know the details entered are exactly the same each time. The app is broken. UPDATE - 18 June and I can now log in via the app. Now they just need to sort out the tariff info as it's still wrong.

Unfortunately you now have to log in EVERY time, can we please have biometric entry.!! Also option to have Email/SMS/Phonecall only allows ALL three or comes up ERROR. Doesn't go to next box on sign in unless you press newline, you should be allowed to touch the next box to move to it. All these points spoil an otherwise good app.

what an awful new app this is. the previous version before name change from otm was basic but very usable and gave detail you needed easily. This new version is just dreadful,why on earth did you bother. why do we no longer have fingerprint recognition for login for example

New app needs some improvement. Have to enter password every time even when choosing remember password, no biometric login and if you try to view available tariff to switch to it doesn’t load

The app doesn't work since the update/rebranding... eg if you wanted to see the tariff you're on, you can't as the details are incorrect
