Reliable only for prescheduled pickups. At airport, app said 6 minuttes to pickup at $63 price. Then, when I confirmed specific pickup location, still at same terminal, the price jumped to $83. After more than 5 minutes saying driver info in 1 minute, i finally canceled. When Lyft came, I was still waiting for confirmation of the cancelation. I love the idea of all EVs. But, this is still not up to any reasonable standard yet.

I've tried to delete this app for over a month now and have filled out 5 forms and have yet to hear back! Its been extremely frustrating so can someone respond back to me so I can get rid of this app once and forall.

App has improved stability over the past couple years, though the pricing quoted for pickup rarely seems to equal what is actually charged.

Great experience. We had to wait a few times, but the app is great and drivers cordial.

There is always a car nearby in NY and the drivers and cars are very good. The only thing that makes this less enjoyable are the many bugs in their app that far too often prevents you from booking a car "Ooops something went wrong, please try again"

The service is great, the cars good one simple can hardly use it because their app is way too buggy. Can't book a ride beyond because the payment method can't be verified. Can't even add another payment method because "Ooops something went wrong, please try later"

app no longer works on my phone, I will tey to book a ride, click confirm and keeps going back to home screen, have tried signing out and deleting app and reinstalling and same thing, have only been able to successfully request ride once.
