Since they added the unnecessary bus routes in the app, it's now barely functional in booking a Metro Micro van. Just tell me there are no vans available, which is 90 percent of the time. We want an app to book Metro Micro, not when the next bus is coming. I have plenty of apps that already do that. Also, the fact that you have to rate every ride is annoying. Where is the x to bypass that.

First, it's a great affordable service. It requires a short walk for the pick-up or drop off point. The issues remain with spotty pick-up/drop off times and if you don't schedule ahead of time you're likely SOL if you need a ride now. The live tracker won't update the van's position sometimes making it a mad dash so you don't get left behind. Even moreso now that the van will only wait 10 seconds before it cancels the ride. Last, the ride can be long depending on the route it's been given.

If you need to use it, Metro micro is a pretty good experience. 9 times out of 10, drivers come on time, trips are quick, and I can get to where I need to go. The fact that you can only get dropped off at a bus stop is a little bit of a limit, but intense communities, it's not that much of a problem. I wish the app notified you in the driver was clothes, but it's a good way to get around. Especially if you're going to the airport (if you know you know)

I lef something on the van. They recovered it and called to tell me how to retrieve it. This review is about how friendly and helpful everyone was when I got there. Thank you, Pam, Jimmy, and Carlo. You turned what could have been a drab experience into a pleasant day. I'm a senior citizen who relies heavily on the Metro- micro.. doctors appts. Classes to increase my mental facilities, etc I have a difficult time walking long distances, this service is a great treasure

This service is a lifesaver as a person who can't yet drive, especially with living 30 minutes walk from the closest bus stop. Every driver I've had has been polite, and maybe it's just because it's a big van, but I've never felt as safe in a standard rideshare. App can crash on start-up, and the interface is a little confusing at first. It would be nice to be able to change a ride, rather than have to book a whole new one, especially if it's a ride made days in advance.

Such bad service. They give a time of arrival window and if you're not there in time they leave yet they have no requirement to show up on time I've waited so long to get a ride only for them to cancel on me that's just terrible service.

This is a great door-to-door service from the Metrolink. It's needed and will drive more people like myself to take the train vs. Driving to work. If you have not used this service, download the app and give it a try. It only cost $2.50 for a Metropolitan area. It solved my biggest delimma taking the Metrolink, how do I get to my office from the train. Please add more vehicles because when people know how great the service is; they're coming. Thank you. We'll you need to focus on business people

If you need to be somewhere, your ride will reschedule and you'll be 20 mins past the pickup time. If your an hour early just in case, your ride will pull up 1 minute after you book so be at the stop. If you're going down the street it'll pass right by your stop and pick up another person 10 minutes away and then swing back. If the app says 5 minutes so you go pee, it'll be there in one minute. That's not even everything. This is not an app. It's a test. And I'm a better person for it. 🫡
