I would give this app a 0 if that option was available. It is one of the worst apps I have ever used!!!! NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL!!!!! It is slow to respond you have to push action numerous time before it will take it and that's if it decides it wants to, example.... when ride is complete it push complete ride after take a minute or two to register that it shows complete. But when u go back to that ride later it shows as incomplete. Have pushed complete ride over 6 times and still shows not comp

Previously before the last update, which is even worse, the app's GPS was regularly far off the mark. Addresses might appear correct, but take you elsewhere or to a different building close by. The old layout was at least readable so a driver could project a future break. The new app was designed by a nerd who has likely never been a commercial driver or fixed anything in the real world with a wrench or hammer. The current design is nearly unreadable and prone to causing drivers to second guess.

Not driver friendly!!! Since the last couple updates, this app has become a mess. It keeps crashing and it lags something aweful and the platform is horrible. The map this app uses is useless, it is the most unuser friendly map I have ever seen for a driver, google maps is so much better ( copy paste address to use google maps😀) Please please please go back to the original platform, it was so driver friendly and much easier to read.

Poor app design. It's difficult to navigate and can't see anything without having to scroll down.

I tried to open the app it was recommended by United healthcare so I can see which rides I had scheduled the times and pick up. But I went to the page after I installed it it said enter passcode and then nothing happened I tried it five times. I'm about to install it uninstall this app if nobody gets in touch with me.

Ever since the big change over... it is not driver friendly. You have to play with your phone too much to read everything in the customers notes. Does not allow you to map the next address without starting the Ride. The over all is it confuses the driver lets them think they have time between rides. The map really sucks... go back to Google maps.

their newest update make this a complete trash. Map app forces you to use their in-app Maps. They also took away the schedule infographic stretch split up by pick-up and drop-off and if you have share rides they are one after another not within each other

Has stopped updating times. Will show pickup times on dispatchers side, but not drivers. Also have to click the login button numerous times before the pin will show up. Just nothing but a hassle.. will also kick me for no reason, or my session is over, 2 hours after logging in.
