Horrible structure to app. Impossible for many elderly people to figure out and use. Keep it simple! On tablet, items on screen are too small and crowded. On phone, too large. Pinch to scale would help greatly. Difficult to compare items. Too much on main page (my recipes, etc could be moved to another tab) including ads (video ads slow down response too much). MyList tab is not intuitive as to what it does (at least for us) Would also be nice to be able to sort items alphabetically and by $

i like the app.... well, i like the savings, that's for sure.... and i really like that pretty much everything is done automatically. my only issue is that the whole process is very time consuming from going through and looking at everything and selecting what you might buy, then going slowly through the store up and down every aisle looking for specific products, making sure that they are the right size, etc. then once home checking to make sure they didn't miss anything.

I constantly have issues with the app. Yesterday (not the first time) I didn't get all my items, because even though I added them, they didn't add. I order many items at a time. I review before I order, but I'm not going to remember everything that should be there. I realize when I need it, that I never got it. Some of the items I had to make several attempts to increase the qty - it would revert back to one. Also, other issues. I've given feedback several times. Do you guys even care??

So many issues with the app and accounts and the representatives to contact about issues were highly unprofessional and incompetent who not only not solve your problem but will make it worse

Not good. The just for you deals and coupons don't always work. Have to check my receipt everytime because the coupons don't always work. When coupons do work they should automatically disappear from cart but that doesn't seem to happen. All employees should be knowledgeable of this app, especially managers and assistant managers but apparently they aren't. When are you guys going to fix these issues???

Update: I just thought the app was bad, very poor, inconsistent navigation... pop ups, vertical, horizontal a real f-ing mess. But now I have determined that the app is criminal, literally fraudulent. 2 times now Ive "clipped" rewards, had points deducted & DID NOT GET the money off. I did a chat & had my points restored BUT the $10 reward opportunity was NOT restored. Now, I used the $7 off meat reward & NO DISCOUNT applied & points gone. That's fraud. I'm contacting the at the Attorney General

I agree with many others that this app is time consuming and redundant to use. I already have a club card...why not just offer these deals to club card members instead of making us go through the process of downloading the app, taking photos in the store, and going through a confusing process with the cashier over how to access the deal???
