The app has always had the occasional issue, but for the past two weeks I haven't been able to login through either the Android or the iOS app. It prompts me to login through a web browser first, due to enhanced security measures, then come back and try again within 5 minutes. Every time I try, the result is always the same. I still cannot get into the app. Oddly enough, the Android app on my Chromebook works properly. I imagine they're aware of this problem, but why has it not been resolved?

Edit: please for the love of God turn off all the extra security features. I mean it's a shipping app and has more security than my bank app. it logs me out of the mobile app every single day and then I can't even login to the mobile app without logging into shipstation on a browser first. Half the time after doing that it still won't let me log into the app. Love this. Gives me a way to print labels via Google cloud in the few minutes of downtime I have scattered throughout the day.

It's frustrating to deal with a platform that recognizes a critical login issue but makes no effort to prioritize fixing it. I contacted customer service and was told there are currently no plans to resolve the problem, though they would "forward it to the development team." Disappointing response for something so essential. Might consider pirateship or other alternatives

2 stars you are allowing people with root to login . will increase as you improve the app. This time I got notifications that I have orders to ship, but when I come to click on the app it takes me a login screen. please support accounts on the android os. so I don't have to constantly login. also what's with the browser login? can't you just add 2fa to your mobile app? and why does it lose sync all the time? It makes no sense that it helps with security.

This app keeps getting worse. I can no longer log into the mobile app without being printed to log in through a web browser first now. Every...single...time. The app is handy, but it always renotifies me that I have an order when I don't - even days later, and is delayed when I actually do (clearing cache or reinstalling doesn't fix either issue).

Constant error messages when trying to print shipping label ("Object reference not set to an instance of an object") via the app which makes this pretty much useless for my purposes. Also got locked out of the account when logging in to the app, even though I was signed in but using mobile network and not WiFi. Followed the correction steps by logging in on a browser but still can't login. Uninstalling and use a browser tab instead.

just as others are saying, I'm prompted to login to a browser first, ok, annoying, but Everytime? and when I pull up the browser it automatically logs me in from yesterday, but the app still won't log me in. if you want to make the app more secure why not use 2FA, or biometrics? Shipstation is great, their app, not so much. hopefully they can roll out an update and I'll change the rating.

what a POS, decent app when it wants to work. anytime you go a day without checking it...say over the weekend, it locks your account out. I've logged in through 4 different web browsers as it requested and still won't log in via the app, "fixed some bugs" 👌🏾 *update as of 5-13-25 the app has only continued to get worse, now on top of that pos app, every time I open on my desktop it's prompting me to relog in there even though it's the same desktop I've been using in past and never had issue
