It doesn't allow me to sign in. I can log in on my laptop but not on the app. I didn't have this problem before the update. Edit update--Now it's even worse. I uninstalled then reinstalled the app. Now when I hit the open button it just reloads the same opening screen. I can't get past this opening screen.

App drops inside stadium. Difficult prove that some is in your seat, when the app drops your ticket. Worst experience in the stadium in my 35 years as a season ticketholder. On November 27th my digital tickets were no good for no acceptible reason. I had to go to ticket office to get reprinted paper tickets. No improvement in either the app or the ticket office. I may never go back to another football game.

It's been 3 weeks of football games and one of my few options to pull my tickets has been unusable. Shocking how poor of an app this is, especially when it's is almost a requirement to attend games as a season ticket holder.

The last time that I used the app during hockey season last year, It worked fine. Now, It doesn't stay open. It keeps closing. I can't access anything. I had to print out tickets from last week's ECU game u stead of being able to use my phone. Please fix this!

Cannot see my tickets. I get a spinning circle, then nothing. The screen is blank. Doesn't matter how many times I restart the app. If this is the way forward, its terrible user experience and needs to be corrected!

I like the way the app is setup but i have an android and for some odd reason the app crashes a lot of times when i open it to look at anything. When it happens it will exit out of the app saying application error.

This app hasn't worked for me since the update. I can't access my tickets. It's a mess. I can only log in from my PC or laptop. Love that my Alma Mater went strictly e-tix, without a reliable way to actually download and use them. Beautiful.

This is the third time I have had to reinstall the app to use the manage/purchase tickets option. This has been reported months ago and still not fixed. I also get errors when trying to download PDFs.
