Just order on Uber eats or door dash instead. If something goes wrong with your delivery you're SOL. The app tells you to contact the store if anything happens with your order; mine never got delivered today so I called the store my order came from and they said that the problem came from Uber eats' end & there wasn't anything they could do to rectify the situation nor could they contact anyone at Uber eats. I asked for a refund and never got a call back from the store manager. Straight theft.

I love using the SimplySalad app. I've never had an issue with it. It's easy to customize the order and to apply coupons. It makes ordering salad fun. 🙂

$5 off first order placed online was a joke. i clipped the coupon and started to process my first order. i had to restart order 4 times before check out because coupon wouldn't apply. thought maybe if I follow process all the way to end it will come off. nooope. got charged full amount. not cool

Improvement from the last app. It's dumb that the app doesn't tell me that guest checkout isn't supported BEFORE I make the order. I wasted time making an order just to get a message that I can't place it as guest.

If I could give the App zero stars, then I would. 2 weeks ago I added a significant amount of money to fund my account, the next day my account was paused/closed. Support has been anything but supportive, and so now I must pursue a charge back. Shame because I love Simply Salad. Next time I see the owners I will suggest they drop Level Up.

I am unable to order from the app. I've uninstalled it and re-installed it and it still gets stuck on the tip screen. It's frustrating and makes me not want to order from this establishment.

Give us the option to check out as a guest and let us explore the app without having to sign up. I instantly uninstalled when I couldn't even see the menu without creating an account.

I order from this amazing place every week for my kid and me. The salads are amazing, and they do our orders exactly as we like them. There was only one hiccup out of the many times I've ordered our salads. That definitely isn't bad! 😁
