Badly designed app. You should be able to simply press the buttons on the components and have them show up and pair to phone. But there's some magic in "only 1 system" that isn't explained. It can see my reverb dropper post as well as my derailleur, but doesn't present the data. Their BS answers to prior comments shows that Sram isn't taking the app seriously.

Literally, I have tried everything I could do to try and connect to my rear derailer so I can fine-tune it. Nothing but connection errors time after time. Honestly, a year ago, when I got this system, I loved it. Now that I am unable to do something as simple as fine tune, my rear derailer, I absolutely hate it. Honestly, I will not go with nor recommend SRAM for quite some time until I hear that they address these ridiculous connection issues. If they ever do... so long, dear friend.

The most important feature is missing in this app. The ability to micro adjust each gear independently. For two years "it will be available in the next firmware update". Then they told us "If the derailleur hanger is non-damaged and the frame is designed to industry frame-fit specifications, trim position should not need to be tuned for individual cogs." Well guess what. Those are two very big IFs! What do you do when you're on a multi-day ride and bend a derailleur hanger on day 2?

App is broken. I can no longer log in :(. The old version worked fine. I had 3 bikes info all stored in the app that I cannot access any more. I was able to connect via Bluetooth saying I was offline, and it let me update the derailleur firmware that way. Derailleur on this bike draining battery 10x faster than on my other two bikes. Hope the firmware fixes that. And I hope SRAM fixes the app

The app lacks basic functionality. It won't record any data unless you connect it to a bike computer head unit. Why can't it just use my phone GPS? What's the point of having this app on my phone if doing anything with it requires a bike computer? My phone is infinitely more capable and powerful with more sensors than a bike computer, but the app doesn't take advantage of any of that. It also won't integrate with data Strava or any other app. It will only work with a dedicated computer.

Horrible. Buggy and useless most of the time. Thanks for responding. Here is more detail. I have SRAM Force AXS. The front derailleur has issues and the dealer replaced it. Still has issues. I have had to uninstall and reinstall the app twice to get it to see the new FD. The configuration links wouldn't work either. The links are not intuitive. You don't know what's wrong but there was no response. So the only recourse is the uninstall and reinstall.

App will no longer allow me to configure the controls, rendering it near useless. The option "Configure Controls" simply had an exclamation mark by it, with no explanation why. I tried everything, even going as far as uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Nothing. Until this is fixed the app is virtually useless, since firmware updates are really not all that important.

this app has gone further and further Downhill. I will no longer be using it, as I literally can't use it anymore; it doesn't even connect to the drivetrains anymore! I have tried everything from unpairing the system, to unpairing the system from the app, to deleting the entire bike. I love the shifting and I used to love this app. but no longer. it also completely stopped doing it's automatic shifting when I get high enough in the cassette; which was honestly a need for me as I am used to a 1x
