The app would be fine if it wouldn't blatantly lie every single time about how long it takes for the driver to arrive.

The system don't allow to get any car. Waiting for 30min. Adding the money offer for that ( in stead 7 eur I added 13eur) . Shows that there are 9 cars around, but these is no even ordering the dry. I don't advise to use this taxi!

Low quality service, old cars. Charge 3€ for cancelation when expected arrival time 30 minutes, even it's not a high demand. Bolt arrived in 2 minutes.

One of the worst apps I've ever had to use. The interface is bad, no automatic location setting. You set your current location and the app decides to use your old location as starting point. So you get charged but must cancel trip. If the app worker as it was supoosed to - this would be amazing, since the prices are better than on Bolt.

USER BEWARE The app is hot garbage, navigation and the interface is clunky, the app assigns arrival time for the driver at random, based on its mood. It will show 5min in peak hour when the driver is in the next city. The driver gps barely functions with huge delays, so you are not sure if they are on their way or stopped for a smoke and a shot of vodka(most of the drivers speak russian and cant understand basic english). They have also added a new 3€ surcharge for trying to cancel their BS.

My first and last trip with Forus. Searched for a car late evening, workday.There was no estimate fee but a minimum amount. Upon boarding the driver said its going to show at the end of the journey but won't be more than €5-6 (for 5km approx) Another taxi app showed me €6.40 for same trip. He drove slowly and took my usual route that I am using for 3 years(!) then I had to pay €8.40!! Customer support agreed to reimburse extra fee but they never sent a refund to my card. Won't use again. Beware!

The app works in countries that it isnt fully equiped to work in. The terms service is written in whatever language that isnt necessarily native to you or even english. the service is very poor, you cant communicate with the drivers properly and the app has major issues that will not let you finish your ride successfully. It might be cheaper, but the service is appaling!! Drivers will take up rides they dont want to do, wont finish rides, wont communicate, and customer service will not help!!!

Due to upgrading Android version my app data had to be wiped. When trying to register again the SMS never arrived. Tried nearly a week. Reading the reviews many people have the same problem. Eventually i had to dig into log files from old backups to find a working code. A feat far beyond casual users. And the support mail is a ghost town. No reply in 5 work days. Not even an auto-reply that my mail was received. Besides email there is no other support. 1 star.
