Was good before, then they decided to charge 3 times the amount while providing a much lower quality service. They claim to have upgraded certain things but as a user for a few years i can assure you that the funtionality has actually gone down with calls dropping or not even being able to make calls sometimes. You let them know about it and they don't actually fix anything. Currently reaseching alternatives as this is no longer worth the price.

This used to be so good l, and I'm not sure what happened. Recently the app doesn't show calls coming in, my phone vibrates and then I have to go into the app to answer. Before it would pop ontop of everything to show the call coming in but that hasn't worked in a few months. I'm also noticing that the transfer number is now marked as scam likely which may also be causing issues. Not sure what happened but we've had cloudphone for about 2 years and lately it seems like it's falling apart.

First of all the voice answering system is unreliable most of the time it doesn't catch and it just rings and your phone does not ring indicating you're getting a call so I'm missing calls because of the service this application does not give you an option to place calls through the regular cell Line app it only allows you to make calls through a VoIP app and then the app does not allow you to make voip calls over your 4G connection only wifi. That makes things very inconvenient that's the reason why I felt this service should give you some kind of free trial before charging you but no they charge you top dollar and give you low rate service.

I am new to cloud phone. When I called it from a different phone it did as it should how ever when I pressed 1 for the transfer it went silent for a minute and took forever to ring my phone. And I almost hung up as if it want working. Then it started to ring. It would be so much better if music can be played or a please hold or something so they (the caller) knows to hold on.

Ive been a customer for a year and i finally had enough...customers always have a hard time hearing me and they cut out un the middle of talking for every email or notification...i switched to nextiva and the sound quality is much better however their app doesnt import my google contacts...ughhhh

I've been a customer for about a year. I have an Android and the app doesn't let you text a number unless they are saved as a contact. This is extremely inconvenient. Fix this and I will change my rating to 5 stars

Terrible App, this app doesn't work well. When using it to answer calls the calls echo and sound terrible. Lost so many calls trying and retrying this app. Plus the company raised their prices without warning. Must be a better company out there somewhere?

been a customer since 2018 was great for years however they are failing in 2021 app has issues cant log in im not getting my business calls. customer service is not responding either . I need app issues resolved and to be contacted asap and i will change my review!!
