The app stopped working properly on Nov.1, 2024. Its countdown timer is stuck in an endless loop of 2 days and keeps reverting back to 2 days once it reaches 0. It's a known problem that many users complained for over a year. No credits were posted to my account since 11/1/24. I reached out to support, and they're not helpful. I already went through all possible troubleshooting steps. They keep promising to manually credit my account for months, but I haven't received a penny since 11/1/24.

the meter on this app has not worked for months. I've a $5.00 balance for months so today i go to cash out and it won't let me. I used to recommend this app to everyone but not anymore. Dont download its just a waste of space on your phone . I've emailed support several times trying to get help never get a email back. Ricky Jones

I have had no problems since installing this app. It doesn't slow my phone down or disrupt anything all. I have never had a problem getting my payments either. Pretty good app that pays for doing absolutely nothing. Update - This app has not been working properly for the past quite a few months. I have reached out to them and received immediate replies, but nothing has been fixed. My meter has been resetting to 3 days every day since December 20th and I have not gotten any compensation.

I love my Telephia app. They really pay you for doing nothing but let the app run in the background to monitor cellphone towers. I don't exactly understand everything but I haven't tried too hard to either but I plan on researching it more. I wish it would stay running all the time because I forget to turn it back on after my phone dies or I shut it off or turn airplane mode on. But thank you for paying me to use your app.Update: my app just keeps telling me that there's not enough location data

Lousy update and lousy customer service! To reply to your response you are liars because I have sent numerous emails and screenshots to your company it was never resolved because you company stopped responding!!! I will say this those who had issues with the update like I did...Everytime we get update on this app...just uninstalled then reinstall it works the only way. But it is good to make extra money on side as long you build it up.

will be deleting the app have reached out several times and still not fixed. hasn't registered I am using app since October also won't even let me cash out what I have. this app use to be really good. now not worth having to take up space on my phone

The app won't open since the upgrade overnight. Tried it on Galaxy S21 and S10e and encountered the same problem. [Update on 09/15: I got it working again after clearing the data from Settings > Apps.] Update on 12/14: Now the meter just kept resetting itself everyday. Nothing happened since I was asked to upload the data every day by the support person.

This app worked at first for years. Now after the new updates, it cheats me out of my earnings. When it counts down from day 7 to day 3 it keeps resetting back to the previous day. It went from day 2 back to day 3 and has been doing that for at least 2 months. It keeps restarting my 24 hours and doesn't move forward.I haven't been able to receive anything since October of 2024 and here we are now in March 2025.
