I would give it a 4 because they have exceptional food. However, I dislike the way the points system works, so for that reason, it's a 3. I really wish there were a QR code to scan upon entering the restaurant to order. I also think Tazikis should lower their menu prices a dollar or two because times are tough. Other than that, good food and exceptional quality! Super clean inside, too! Wish Tazikis had more locations.

WORST Food App Ever!! The food is great! Wish the app matched. Freezes when you open it. If you get past that and start ordering food and swipe away or your screen locks while your cart is full guess what? You have to start ALL over. This app won't remember a thing if it pretends to work on you. So infuriating!

This has to be the worst restaurant app ever created. Freezes/crashes constantly. I can never auth so now always have to checkout as a guest. So forget about saving my location, favorite meals, etc. The UX is super clumsy...half the time it takes me back to the home screen and if i'm lucky it doesn't empty my cart. I would think Taziki's would want to have a reliable, easy to use app in these days, but it's been a TERRIBLE app for the past year I've been trying to use it.

The "updated" version of the app is terrible. Its slow and crashes a lot. Also, every takeout order defaults to 30 mins minimum. It used to say asap and my preferred location had it ready in 10 mins most days. Twice now I have gone to get my order and it wasn't ready because it had been moved to the end of the orders based on pickup time.

This app has always been a struggle. They constantly change the menu, making it difficult to make side selections or modifications to add/remove ingredients and rendering the reorder feature unusable. With the latest update, it doesn't even load. So, somehow, the developers managed to make it worse. 😒

The app does not show any typed text (at least on Android). The cursor moves when typing, but the text does not display. Just a really bad bug that makes this app on Andriod unusable. Tried the normal uninstall, reinstall, etc. Still does not work. Seems like the app has good potential, just this bug makes it a very bad experience.

It's a very inconsistent points system. Earning rewards is a gamble. The whole point of the app, or so I thought, was to easily earn points when checking out instead of giving your number every time. I'm always at Taziki's and I still haven't earned my first reward. 2 stars for because the app looks good, but looks don't cut it when functionality is poor.

The app constantly crashes or freezes on my Pixel phone. Placing an order through the app is like a 15 minute experience of re-logging in and going through the MULTIPLE steps of clicking on the "Place an Order" button in order to get to the payment screen. I don't think it's the app that is the problem as much as their back-end architecture supporting the app.
