Το CNC Lathe Simulator είναι ένας προσομοιωτής λογισμικού ενός τόρνου αριθμητικού ελέγχου είναι μια εκπαιδευτική μεθοδολογική ανάπτυξη που προορίζεται για τη βασική εξοικείωση των αρχαρίων ειδικών στην κατασκευή μηχανημάτων με τις αρχές του προγραμματισμού λειτουργιών τόρνευσης εξαρτημάτων χρησιμοποιώντας τυπικό G-code (ISO).

Το τρισδιάστατο μοντέλο προσομοίωσης βασίζεται σε τόρνο με κεκλιμένο κρεβάτι, εξοπλισμένο με σύστημα CNC, κεφαλή πυργίσκου δώδεκα θέσεων, τσοκ τριών σιαγόνων, ουρά, σύστημα τροφοδοσίας λιπαντικού και ψυκτικού υγρού και άλλες μονάδες. Το υλικό επεξεργάζεται κατά μήκος δύο ελεγχόμενων αξόνων.

Πεδίο εφαρμογής του προϊόντος λογισμικού: εκπαιδευτική διαδικασία με χρήση τεχνολογίας υπολογιστών: εργαστηριακά μαθήματα μαθητών σε τάξεις υπολογιστών, εξ αποστάσεως εκπαίδευση, υποστήριξη επίδειξης υλικού διαλέξεων στην ομάδα τομέων εκπαίδευσης και ειδικοτήτων: «Μεταλλουργία, Μηχανική και Επεξεργασία Υλικών».

Οι κύριες λειτουργίες της εφαρμογής: επεξεργασία του κώδικα των προγραμμάτων ελέγχου ενός τόρνου, λειτουργίες με αρχεία προγράμματος ελέγχου, ρύθμιση γεωμετρικών παραμέτρων ενός εργαλείου κοπής, συνεχής/βήμα εκτέλεση μπλοκ προγράμματος ελέγχου, τρισδιάστατη απεικόνιση των κινήσεων του εργαλείου στο χώρο εργασίας του μηχανήματος, απλοποιημένη απεικόνιση του εργαλείου με χρήση της επιφάνειας αναφοράς. G-code.

Τύπος υπολογιστικής συσκευής στόχου και υποστηριζόμενη πλατφόρμα: IBM – συμβατός υπολογιστής με Microsoft Windows, υπολογιστής Apple Macintosh με MacOS, κινητές συσκευές βασισμένες σε λειτουργικά συστήματα Android και iOS.

Το στοιχείο γραφικών του λογισμικού χρησιμοποιεί τη βάση στοιχείων OpenGL 2.0.

Το γραφικό περιβάλλον χρήστη του προγράμματος υλοποιείται στα αγγλικά.

Well, I've bought the app as I believed it would help me with my job and it actually does for sometime (2-3 weeks) then for some reason it start crashing every time I'm trying to open keyboard to write program and start the machine. The app says that it happens because it has a bug, but after clearing cache it won't work anyway. Very disappointed! Money in the bin

After weeks of part creation using 4 different operation programs in succession to create a part I've noticed a major glitch in the software. Everytime I get to the 4th program, did some editing and ran it the software glitches and turns my large circular part into a circular pyramid on the 4th program midway through a cut and then crashes moments later every single time!? Is there a maximum line number of line code the software can handle or perhaps it can't handle moderately complex shapes??

Everythingon this app seems like it would be great. Except the fact that it crashes evertime i select the programming screen. The app just closes if i try to tap it. Would be a really good app if that didnt happen. I even tried loading an existing program, and it still crashes if i select the program screen.

Super app for using when you don't have a Computer around. easy to use and beneficial for interns and intermediate machinists, i strongly recommend it, you won't regret it. And also it would be great if there's a milling machine version. Thank You. 👍👍

Can't believe the G02 & G03 are the wrong way round and also the G41 & G42 are too. Also doesnt allow you to open program that hasn't been written in the app itself, even though the free version led me to believe that you would be able to if you buy the app. I would love to rate this higher but im afraid these 3 issues, 2 are major flaws, has ruined it.

I had this app on my old phone and worked great! Now I have a Note20, and it seems like somethings are defective. Mostly the camera and angles. I can change angles via the button but it doesn't allow me to pan or move the camera with my fingers. So some views are obstructed.

I wish it had more drilling options. I use this to simulate prototypes on the go but I need smaller drill bit sizes. It would be vary helpful to get down to at least 1/16th. Also would be nice to program your own cnc machine specs to give true cycle times. Overall I'm happy with it.

The only problem that I have with the app currently is that I purchased it but everytime I go to open it up I have to hit the key button to unlock everything. This sends me back to Google play store to open it from there.
