I am fine with using this app, my biggest problem with it is the notifications. Even if u have marked in advance that u are not able to work that day the notifications still beep. And it also sends the notifications to ur email at the same time. After 40 beeps in one day, the first day after downloading the app, I have had to turn my notifications ringer off on my phone and that's not fair to my life. It makes me want to completey delete the app and only find jobs threw the email.

Very upsetting...Notification is coming when jobs are filled, not posted! Each time I receive a notification, the position has already been filled. When I check, the position has been posted as long as 2 hours previously with no notification pushed to my phone. It's extremely frustrating to be notified of jobs that are already filled making it impossible to pick up positions. I don't know what changed to cause this problem. But I hope it is fixed very soon.

As a sub the last thing I need in the morning is complications w signing in. This app can be a pain sometimes. suddenly it doesn't remember my saved password or it repeatedly asks if I want to use biometrics....I don't, but the question gets in the way. Sure, let it be an option, but let me let find that feature and apply it. Also, if I forget to log out and I get home, I need to drive all the way back to school to log out! it may have been a rough day and that only makes it worse!

It usually works well,but today,kept freezing up and wouldn't let me access the app. I had to delete it and re- install it. But the new version does not list my assignments on colored bars,like the old one did . That made it easier to see. Please put the colored backgrounds back on. Also why not let us add our profile photo and please have an email option to contact people on the app

Highly accurate at tracking my hours and assignments. Easy to use. Auto connect. A small problem with the location feature. If I am in the building and GPS is turned off, it won't let me sign in. Other times, even with GPS turned on, it says something like "can't find your location, sign in anyway?" I press the yes button and everything is fine. Overall, I find it is easy, quick and accurate.

This app STILL has too many glitches and no way to get notifications on my phone. It logs me out all the time, and then I have to fight to get back into the app for job opportunities that are probably already taken by the time I get in. It needs an overhaul desperately!!!!!! It's been months and the app still has major problems.

There is no way to communicate with the teacher before taking the assignment and especially after completing the assignment. For instance, like leaving notes for the teacher about how the day was and if they were any problems or accolades to share etc. Also, there isn't enough of details breaking down the assignment before you accept it like for instance, the school schedule
