The app is ok but it's missing the ability to see or check total "attendance bank" points that have been charged. These are available on the website app but not phone app. Adding this would greatly improve this app

Overzealous security is very annoying. Doesn't stay logged in for long at all, super long password requirements, have to change the password every few months, just overall an annoying app to use. Everyone is trying to convince my company to switch to something else.

Bugged. GPS isn't recognised unless after opening the app, you close it and then reopen it. Worst is It did not register that I logged off once (when I did) leading to a harsh email from work regarding why I didn't clock out and that if not corrected I would not be paid for the shift. May have been because the internet connection was bad at the time. Some of the buildings we work in have poor reception so might happen again. I've never abandoned my work site but this app made it look like I did

would give it less if I could. doesn't recognise location. This morning I could login but then was no where to clock in. Screen was blank. App constantly has issues.

Rubbish with barebone features of clock on or off button which if you are already clocked in why two buttons and not simplified to one button. Old fashioned punch card is less painful than this digital punch card Also location doesn't work and timesheet only views the next 3 days not week and no indication of if timesheet is approved Hub is unappealing and lacking life and looks depressing that this feels like something a grad student threw together an hour before handing in. Lifeless app

App is easy to navigate, just wished it would come with biometric login instead of entering in username and password every time.

I have enabled geo location but Everytime I open the app, it says that geo location is disabled. If I manually turn off the geo location and turn it on from the privacy settings, the app shows geo location enabled only once! I have to repeat the procedure, everyone I need the app to track my location for clocking in for a shift. Pathetic!

Why do you have to keep logging in and also put in password is there no way of storing these so you don't have to keep doing it all the time!! Also app times out!! So again have to log in again very frustrating when arriving at work to clock in.
