At first it was great but now I'm not able to open my account. My account was deactivated without valid reason. I have been using this app for 3years already and suddenly I can't use the money that is mine??? I'm highly disappointed...

App is great. But gifting means the receiver should also download the app to be able to redeem, whcih is inconvenient for me. And in talabat for example it's not considered as money, it's considered as a discount voucher and can't be used as a normal money.

U have to reach out on the gift sender for a code to activate mall voucher. And i have to distub him for a code . Which is he is a busy person. It end up not using the voucher because of this.

The new app has degraded the experience completely. 1. I cannot see the spend on my card and also the details on the previous gift cards gifted are missing. 2. Tried to send a card now, there is no way to proceed after selecting a contact. I had to manually input the details to proceed. 3. Inaccurate spend details on my cards. The previous app had a much more intuitive user experience. Please review the user experience again.

Nice app for gifting options..it lacks one feature that if the voucher has been utilised then sender should get an update if he chooses to receive the same ...otherwise its an exceptional gifting app

The update really messed up the app! It became complicated to set-up a group gift card, no longer possible to add a group picture and a lengthy process overall. In addition, even the organizer of the gift card no longer has access to receiver's details post setting up the gift and is no longer given updates on whether the gift card was properly delivered or sent. I had to contact customer service 3 times to amend a simple gift card. Please fix as it is not customer oriented anymore.
