Was a regular pass buyer, but I do not see myself renewing after my current one expires. Experience has been getting worse due to many problems such as 1. Lack of bikes, especially in residential areas. Have to keep roaming around area to find. 2. GPS very inaccurate, bike is rarely where its icon is on the map. Bikes on map also frequently missing irl. 3. Very poor bike quality. Frequently unable to unlock and use bikes because it's spoilt, and those that I use, 75% are damaged in some way.

As a newly registered user who has always encountered a few problems with the apps while facing challenges in maintaining optimal savings for your economic interests overprescribed expectations with timing and designated parking areas around unfamiliar places. I've seen the enthusiasm of the service staff to assist you with issues on how to use this sharing platform despite the mode of communication on WhatsApp only by texting. Keep it up, guys don't get discouraged by irate customers. Thank you

Very disappointed. I saw the high rating and thought that I could try. Minimum top up was $10. I did, and then when I went to the spot where the app said a bike was at it was not at the qr parking spot. I tried a different spot, same thing. I suspect that people scan to park, but then bring it to their HDB unit to "reserve". Somehow at another parking spot where I saw 10 bikes none of them appeared on the app. CS was polite but very inflexible when I said I want a refund of $10 that I didnt use

The chinese new year icons (lantern and gold bar) were very misleading, especially for new users like me. Took me awhile to figure out that lantern icon means parking bay and not a bike. Referral code was also very hard to find. In the end, I couldn't find a bike in the area and gave up. Edit: after this review I was able to find bikes and completed some rides. Bikes are relatively new, the unlock / lock process was mostly smooth. However, some bikes lack a kickstand, so i had trouble parking

Used this for a few times with no issue. However, today, I tried to unlock a bicycle using the app. The app said it was unlocked but the bicycle was still locked. I could not report the issue right away and had to end trip. As I was rushing off, I left the area on foot and just ended trip. While walking back, I found the Report Issue button which was only available after I reopened the app. This button should be made available during the trip itself. Needless to say, I wasted $1 on that bicycle

It is confusing for a first timer because I was "fined" $5 rather quickly for parking beside another Anywheel bike. As a new user, I thought that parking beside another Anywheel bike is fine. When I realized the spot had no QR code, I quickly unlocked it. However, still I was charged $5. I moved the bike to a area with a QR code, but this time round, I realised my 1st trip was marked as done and that I was being charged for a new trip. Appealed with pics, hoping for a refund. Stressful exp!

Worst app ever! Firstly, you have to top up a minimum of SGD 10. It's not worth it at all if you just want to test the app. Secondly, multiple bikes indicated are missing. The company justifies this with GPS errors. I get the feeling that the bikes don't exist at all. Thirdly, the app is useless if you want to use it for traveling to NUS, since no parking stations exist on campus. Finally, (not the app, but) Singapore's infrastructure is one of the least bicycle-friendly

I tried the 1 month pass, and used it mostly for last-mile trips when commuting to work. It's quite convenient - just find any available bike and you can scan and go. For under $10, I'd say it's pretty affordable (though that really depends how often you use it). My only issue is with the points system - I spent my points on the $1 voucher, only to discover afterwards that it can only be used to "offset riding charges". Because I had no balance on my account, the voucher was basically useless.
