I've been using this app for years now and while I see release notes I struggle to believe it is ever updated. You're forced to update your password every 90 days or some other regular interval, but there is no indication to the user that that's necessary. Instead, suddenly you just can't access your account. Then, when you try to update your password, if you use any type of password manager, you basically get stuck in a loop where you can't update the password or log in. It's truly awful.

Ive been using the system (not just this app) for a month. I've dug really deep into just about everything it does and doesn't have to offer. The App itself is under developed. It doesn't allow staff to apply discounts to memberships or clock in. It doesn't serve well as a sales tool for staff to collect prospect data or allow staff to complete tasks. The online software is very frustrating. Difficult to use but I have high Hope's that soon it will be better.

EDIT: Since leaving the review below, I've been able to access the app on about a 50/50 chance. When it works, it's super convenient. I use Zen Planner on my desktop most of the time. I've had no issues there. But everytime I try to utilize this app I can't get it to load. I'd love to have access on my device as I am planning on getting a tablet to have my students sign themselves in.

Update-broke again! Update, its happening again. Day 5. FIX IT! I've not been able to sign in for 4 days now. I sign in, it asks for which account, then goes back to the sign on page. It's a vicious loop and a bunch of junk. I can't schedule clients, check in clients, or even just check attendance for a class. Absolutely worthless app. I checked to see if there was an update to install, and nothing.

It's quite a bad app. Our company paid for your service but it's so inconvenient to use. I want to add person, after I key in every details, I press proceed and it doesn't react, have to use desktop to key in again. Double the work. Sometimes when checking in for members, search bar does not show, I have to close the whole app and start again to search members name. What kind of service is this, please improve and don't develop an app thinking it's "okay" and call it a day.

Absolutely trash app. Do not use. we have been using zen planner for many years at our gym and are so speaking from a lot of experience. They constantly update but nothing ever improves. Crashes all the time. Often after an update or crash you have to change your password. Sometimes I don't get the reset code to do so for days. The members absolutely hate this booking app. Forget about trying to get any of the staff to help you. They literally just won't reply after multiple emails.

Needs to more user friendly. Especially for staff and owner. Would like to be able to add in personal tasks for staff. Business meetings, interviews, staff meetings, doctor appts. As staff we use kur calendars alot not only to set appointments for our clients and classes but also personally since we use it everyday. Itd be nice to have that option easily accessible.

The servers keep shutting down and nobody from my academy can sign up for classes when this happens. This critically affects my business when this happens as all of my students need to use the app to register for classes. We switched over from mindbody hoping for a better system but so far not much better at all. Come on guys.
