Not Sure if this app actually works. I installed the app after watching a reel. Today I was planning to use it. But this so called five star app won't launch. It is stuck on the splash screen. Checked for the updates and also rebooted the phone. No luck. Seems like this is app is not mentioned regularly. Imagine you have a booking and you can't access it due to brand don't bother to keep it maintained and operational.

Strongly do not recommend. Avoid unless you want to be stuck waiting for both your bus and your money. I had a very poor experience with Zingbus. The bus was delayed way beyond the scheduled time, and despite multiple follow-ups, the team failed to provide any timely updates or clear communication. They had initially assured that a refund would be issued due to the delay, but it’s been several days and no refund has been processed. Their customer support is unresponsive and unhelpful

I had a very good experience on the ride from Gurugram to Agra. Driving skills were good, and the driver was well-behaved. The driver did not drive harshly. I was also impressed with the cleanliness and condition of the cab. Overall, it was a very good experience with the Zingbus cab. Only one suggestion, all seats should be equipped with seat belts to ensure everyone's safety. I've experienced frequent changes in cab timings without prior notice on every trip with Zingbus.

the worst application that I have ever seen in the play store. I strongly suggest it to everyone. zing bus is providing very worst service. here are some key points 1. no proper communication 2. if the bus got cancelled. they will not inform you prior 3. no proper customer service - if you want to contact them for any assistance. they will chat only. they will not call you and you don't have a choice to call them better to choose ABHIBUS or ABHIBUS like that

please do not book your buses on this app. There is no proper customer service to respond to queries of customers. Worst app ever. The travels that are tied up with this app are even worse and fraud. I cancelled a trip and did not get my refund yet. And for other trips I did contact the travels to know until which point they have come and they don't respond, and they don't even call us to pick us up.

I'm very disappointed with the Zing bus service. The bus wasn't at the location shown on the app, and the driver asked me to walk 650 meters to a different location. However, the bus wasn't there either. I tried contacting the driver, marshal, and customer support, but no one answered. When the marshal finally picked up, they shouted at me and hung up abruptly. Additionally, when I asked to use the bus toilet, they threatened to charge me a fine. The service is third class & bus number was wrong

Booked a Zingbus and it got cancelled at the last moment without any prior notice. My entire trip was ruined – hotel booking lost, money wasted, I came all the way from Delhi to Ahmedabad just for this journey and Zingbus completely messed it up. Highly unprofessional, zero accountability. Never trusting Zingbus again – if you value your time and money, AVOID this service at all costs.

I had a very terrible experience in getting a free return ticket coupon for a bus cancelled by zing bus management. No proper information in coupon expiring time to be more precise the 30 days was mentioned but expiring time wasn't mentioned. So as per the last day of expiry this is the last day of coupon expiry but coupon didn't work, then the customer support agent mentioned about the coupon expiring time is at 1:33 pm and I tried it at 3:30 pm. As a commoner, I was cheated.
