Very bad app, it always crashes everytime i open it or adding something to my cart.

Absolutely not user friendly at all. Provide a menu upgrade for choosing chicken or beef but cannot be executed. It's easier to put more dishes on your menu, chicken or beef so we can just click what we'd like to pick. There is no FAQ or customer service that we can contact to.

Completely broken, ordered the food and asked to paid twice since my first payment was stated "failed". And yet both of the payment are apparently successful. Asked to put the remaining money to use in the future, but they didn't say it's for THE SAME ORDER 😒😒 It's not just one thing, I can't put another order because my previous order was still "in delivery" even after 2 days. So I must wait until ((((undefined)))) eventho I've cancelled the order.

The apps is easy to use, easy to look for the place and send the food to place we want it to be. The food is tasty and healthy with fresh ingredient, specially for sukiyaki, salad, soup, teriyaki and also for the rice that different taste with others. Hokben always in our heart

Installed it and tried to order from the nearest restaurant. Returned undefined error the store is closed.

Totally useless. It seems like the staffs weren't even aware about how the app works, the features, policy, or stuff. Brief them, please! And the worst thing is that you can't even cancel when you misorder, even from their server.

VERY BAD APPLICATION - PLEASE FIX BUGS ON APP. NUMBER ONE IN TRANSACTION PAYMENTS. I JUST ORDERED DELIVERY FOOD AND MAKE FULLY PAYMENTS. ON NOTIFICATION STILL WAITING FOR PAYMENT. MY MONEY ALREADY DEBIT FROM MY BANK. FOR RESOLVE I MUST COME TO TENANT TO CLARIFICATION. PLEASE FIX ASAP.

why in "my order" menu shows order that is not my order? when i want to order it's always respond to finished my order first. wth.
