The app is good and easy to use however the system can be better in terms of the process of ride. Sometimes riders will sent out the app message where they arrive at the pick up spot when they are still on the way or even worse, went to the wrong pick up spot. Customers/passengers cant deny the auto noti or say they havent arrive, hence, we will be charged extra for being "late" when it is the driver's scamming scheme.

I've been using this app for the past mths & it was good. Till last weekend, I faced problems while trying to check if I can pre book a car from overseas to pick me up when arrived back in Singapore. It showed error, prompted me to try again. Initially, I thought it was bcoz I was overseas where the app don't support. I tried again after I touched down in Sg. I even uninstall & reinstalled, still it doesn't work keep prompting error. Hours after back home it works but now it doesn't work again.

Downloaded this app when visiting Thailand. While in Bangkok, Tada was our favorite was to get around. Trips were between 400-200 Baht for 25.7-10.54 Km rides. We paid 141 Baht for a ride to a location, when a Tooktook charged us 1000 Baht for the same distance (I am pretty sure the Tooktook driver scammed us out of 500 Baht,but let this be a warning to anyone reading to just ignore the tooktooks,they are fun but expensive). TADA was also cheaper than a Taxi that we took.

Walao!! This is my first "TADA" trial! First! why I try is bcoz you advertised that we get discount $15 up to 3 times! But, its actually $5 each time, up to 3 times ride. Secondly I went to the spot to be picked up, but after booked, it changed to another location. Third, I claimed the $5 trial vr, but no deduction at all & charged me extra. Driver is very good, but "TADA" you are very lousy!! And totally not reliable!! And I'm very-very angry as I felt being cheated!

Recently on multiple occasions I have already made and secured a transport but the drivers kept cancelling last minute. The price fair kept increasing after each time getting cancelled. From $15+ and kept getting cancelled until the price increased to $27+ in a matter of 20minutes. The app cannot even accommodate to customers that kept getting cancelled by drivers. Stupid app.

TADA severely underestimates the time needed to wait for cars. For example, it would say driver is arriving in 2 mins and almost always there would be additional 8-12 minutes wait. And perhaps once out of 5 times drivers would show up much earlier than the indicated time and users would be charged a waiting fee. The policy doesn't seem fair when the app consistently makes users wait for additional 8-12 minutes when it starts charging users for waiting fee after 3 mins.

App still buggy after the latest update. Was assigned a car which trip appeared in the app. The trip suddenly disappeared, not found in history, no messages or notif received. The booking just disappeared.

When you reported lost item with TADA, they will asked you to make police report as they not able to contact their own driver. I am easily retrieved my lost item with a tranditional cab without car and driver info but I got all the info and TADA just ask me to report police. So, taking TADA WITH YOUR OWN RISK !!
