This school year is off to a rough start. First it was notifications not working, and now the app will not allow me to create a calendar event that requires an RSVP. When I try to select recipients, there's nothing/nobody to select. I have done all the updates, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and restarted my phone, but it still won't work. Over the weekend, my fellow teachers could not get updates to post with pictures attached. We don't have time to keep having to redo things. Ugh!

It's fine most of the time, but it is frustrating that you have to scroll down multiple times because the app refreshes while you're already scrolling. Sometimes I can't seem to reply to user even when they had sent a group message - it sent the message to the staff instead. I like that I can easily message teachers and admin if needed, and I enjoy seeing pictures from the teachers.

As a teacher, this app worked wonderfully for me and my team last school year. However, this year, for whatever reason, is completely different! We don't receive push notifications for ANYTHING, but I get email notifications for everything and the invitation to join (even though I've already joined--I mean, I created the class!). It's very frustrating both for me as a teacher and for my students' families. I think we will have to switch to ClassDojo or something.

Edit: Updated, reinstalled, still no notifications, so NO I will not change my review. I receive zero notifications from this app and it's so frustrating. I have every single one turned on, I have notifications allowed on my phone, I have tapped "test notifications" and I receive those but then don't receive anything from my kid's school or teachers. I have missed every announcement, update, invite, message, etc. It is so frustrating that I have to manually check multiple times.

WORST COMMUNICATIONS APP KNOWN TO MANKIND. The functions and icons are not clear at all. Very difficult to navigate. Very difficult to set up. HATE IT!!! Going to give this feedback to the school as well. What a HUGE disservice to offer this piece of junk to Parents!!!!

Two of my kids' teachers in the 5 years that they have been at our school have used Bloomz versus other apps. With the other apps, I have gotten notifications . Both years that I have had to use blooms, I have not gotten any notifications. I reset it all the time. I have updated it to the newest version. I get test notifications sent to me. But I never get a notification from the teacher. I have to set a reminder on my phone to check Bloomz every day.

The app is asking for an upgrade, but when you are directed to the playstore there is no upgrade. I go back to the app, but it doesn't let open it because it insists that an upgrade is needed. I uninstalled it and signed back in and it is still doing it. Please fix this bug. This is the best way to get in contact with teachers during quarantine. Thanks!

Went from bad to worse. I originally didn't like it because I had to have this separate app for only one of my dozens of kids' teachers, it's not very user friendly, I couldn't download pictures for free, and I never got my push notifications. Then suddenly today, it tells me I need to upgrade, so I did, but it repeats the message. I uninstall and reinstall, but it still only tells me to upgrade. The app is completely unusable and all saved messages are presumably lost!
