My nutritionist is reporting a bug as well. I first downloaded it and was able to book an appointment and enter all my data needed. I would close out and open it again and it is frozen on "book an appt". Won't let me toggle out of that screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still does the same thing. I hope we can get it to work soon so I can start my health journey. (I have a google pixel 7)

I've never had a more difficult app to download and register before, it's almost like it needed to be updated and nobody has gotten around to it. Registering on the website and the app have two different password requirements... I've never seen that before. Then you can't use a registration code because it has the wrong one already prepopulated. When you try and create a password, which you have to twice you cant see what you wrote or where you are along the line

Update: Husk Nutrition reached out and we got the issue fixed - it was a me issue and not a them issue! Great customer service! I can't get past scheduling an appointment with a nutritionist - I have already it scheduled it online. I should have been able to log in to see my appointment and start the insurance verification process - there is not even a menu with options.

Doesn't look like it works consistently. I try to sync other devices and the way that it shows the data (if it syncs at all) makes no sense. Not happy with the app. In the past when I had to contact support it took me a very long time and it was only because I ended up asking my nutritionist to actually help me to make customer service to assist and after I said I would just quit Husk altogether.

The app crashes when you click redeem rewards and click on the arrows to proceed. Reporting to support doesn't seem to work. They released bug fixes last week, and this is still unresolved. As of 2/13/24 the app still is not letting me redeem rewards and says the error message about the app having a bug.

Won't even let me log in... Tried to register got an alert my email was already in use so I go to sign in with that email And it gives me error code 500... Haven't even gotten past the login screen. Super disappointing I wish they put more resources into their coders and the back end because this is buggy and broken

Can't type in the password field. Support has provided zero help. App is unusable on my Pixel 7a. Update: installed this app on my iPhone and it works. Not ideal since this is a work phone that is not connected to my fitness tracker.

Same bug as everyone, it's impossible to go pass the login screen (using a pixel 8 pro). It would be fine if you could just use the webpage, but to sign in you need the app...
