The app was great. It hasn't work for a couple of weeks now. I noticed several other recent commenters with the same issue - app not connecting to the server. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times, and still no resolution. What's going on? I also noticed no responses from the developers about the issue.

App is irrelevant now. When they didn't charge the service fee, you could buy tickets conveniently at the same price as at the theater. Now that they charge the fee again, there is NO reason to use the app. The theater does not scan codes in the app, so I still have to provide booking# or phone# to get tickets or use rewards, & I still have to stand in line or use the kiosk to get my tickets, so having them digitally is worthless. I can save in person or use an app that works for all theaters.

Biggest gripe is it doesn't move your purchases from Upcoming to Past Purchases. My upcoming tab is still showing movies from months ago. This has been an issue for over a year and hasn't been addressed. It's getting tedious to scroll down an increasingly long list just to show the attendant my ticket information. Going back to Fandango if isn't resolved soon.

I used to love using the app, but now it doesn't work. It says I've been logged out, and when I try to login it says there are connection issues. It would be nice to be able to look at purchase history, which you could do on the app and cannot do on the website.

Does everything it should. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the seat selection layout doesn't match the theater exactly. It appears as if I was buying tickets for the very center and ended up a row back and to the left. You have to know your theater layout and which rows and seats you prefer before purchasing. If that isn't important to you, you will not have any issues at all.

I've had an excellent experience using this app. Easy to use. The only things I wish it allowed prepay for concessions. I also wish I could purchase gift cards from it. Hoping GTC will soon offer monthly subscriptions similar to Regal Cinemas. I definitely would subscribe!!!

horrible app. consistently cannot look up showtimes or anything else as it always says there is no internet connection. have tried with wifi and with my mobile providers 4G LTE. this has been going on for months with no change or update. finally fed up...just use the website.

For some reason, on one device it shows more rewards than the other. Confusing. I even downloaded it again. Overall, great. Easy to check movies, reserve seats, get rewards, be reminded of upcoming movies.
