Extremely good app, still there are some grounds for improvement. 1. Restrict data viewing and editing of particular health facility to the person assigned for that facility, obviously district, state or higher facilities are exception. 2. Should make a change to view the name of the person editing or enrolling any data, so any mistake can be traced back.

Great initiative, but needs improvement. Some features need to be added like - 1. Dosing of medicines(1 tabs/2 tabs, once daily/twice daily) 2. Dedicated feedback option 3. Transfer of patient from one health facility to other, if patient migrates to other places

Don't know how to actually rate this. It's recommended on Coursera but app only works in South Asian countries like India and Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. So it's not useful for anyone outside of the countries I mentioned.

Best app . Moving ahead digital India .There must be some improvement app must allowed to make entry from last seven days. On same day. As in remote area we can not enter same time when patient visit our unit because of net connectivity and other problems.

It's excellent app which works as a reminder time to time patient check up is done and prescribed medicine to them according to their condition whether blood pressure controlled or not. Apart from that it is very convient also help to rule out Diabetes patient data also.

It's really helpful app. It's also reflects our performance and patient's health too and becoz of remainder message some patients come to HWC for BP check up. only one thing I want to suggest that needs proper amout of medicine at HWC level

In this app other options are not available such as CCF etc... if patient is not having Hypertension but having CCF then also we have to give medicines under NCD so add other options also and Thyroid problem is also very common and comes under NCD so increase Border of this app adding other NC diseses also
