This company is apparently run by individuals who make a habit of chugging mercury on a regular basis. Not only is it operate on Bluetooth rather than wifi, they don't have weekend support, so if you have technical issues and they don't get support to you in a timely fashion (which they won't) you can be left without being able to secure your home, or just locked out. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: DO NOT INSTALL THIS SYSTEM IN YOUR UNITS. NO MATTER HOW CHEAP, IT'LL COST YOU IN THE LONG TERM.

Another reviewer described it perfectly. "On a daily basis I wonder if I will be able to get inside my apartment, or be standing outside my door for 20-30 minutes trying to get this app to unlock my door." This is very accurate. Support is incompetent, too! I needed access to my building's back entrance door, and they mistakenly gave me access to my neighbor's apartment! Then when I told them their error, they removed access to my own apartment!

I hate this app. Takes forever to lock my door. 90% of the time I have to close the whole app and go back in. I don't understand what was wrong with a good old fashion key. Other day it was raining and my app decided that I needed to re log in. Had to put my email back in while stading outside my door getting rained on. And even though I only have the one door it will open multiple windows while I'm trying to connect to lock my door. I really really hate this app.

This app and the lock in general are absolute trash. It takes so long to connect to the lock to activate it so you can manually lock or unlock your door. Nothing smart about it. And that's even if you even connect. 80% of the time I can't even connect to let myself into my own home. This is disgusting.

Since the recent update to this app, which allows users to access doors etc with just Bluetooth and without data connectivity, I can recommend this app. The building manager has the universal controls to the fobs and can grant app permission to access all units for short or long term rentals.

I can't customize the list of keys I most use and the order I want them in. I can do this through the widget but the keys don't work! I get a "failed to engage error." I am forced to use the app directly and have to scroll through the long list to get what I need.

Raul is awesome! Tech savvy with patience and a sense of humor with a customer (me) who is not! He confirmed it wasn't my lack of proficiency, and returned several times to ensure a fix for a thermostat that was not functioning. Exceptional customer service and problem solving!
