This new updated app is horrible. I can't see battery percentage. Tracking scooter is shifted to support and that too not working it always shows that we cant track your vehicle. Before app update everything was working.

There is a lot of problem in battery sweeping in Bangalore HSR Layout. Battery is not available for charging. Because of this we have to wait for one or two hours.😞😞😞

Mileage is just 45 kms, But shows 99 at full charge. Battery stations are 10 kms away, Sometimes that also facing errors. No option to contact station operator. I suffered a lot because of their worst service

After new update, Not able to view old features like locate scooter. The app doesn't allows multiple device sign in. Its difficult when multiple users are using the bike.

App doesn't sync it's not in the same location if I track through app, it doesn't sync and refresh at the same time,battery indicator,kms driven,is not accurate because of sync issue ..

1.My antitheft mode is ON, but i can still ride bike.please resolve issue. 2.App doesnt show km readinngs on same day.Todays kms are shown when date has changed,we need to know live readings 3.App never shows charging dates and how much vehicle travelled in 1 charge 4.Real life milage per charge is just 45 to 50 km.False advertising

My bike is not working yesterday only i brought this bike but today not going even I tried to call for service but they put my number on blocklist they are just using money ......I tried from WhatsApp also but not reply anything now I m in big problem idk how to go room
