This is a very bad app, even after making the joining payment, my ID was not made and I had to download the app, even then it was not working.

My delivery partner app is showing an error. The message shows that I have changed my phone several times, whereas I have not changed my phone even once. There are no helpline number and store manager not able to fix this.🙁 Several mails and store wisit in last 5 days no one fix this , worst experience.

Worst experience. If there is an application issue, there is nobody to help from Blinkit help centre. Since two weeks i am trying to reach out to the store manager and helpline, but no use. Now I can't even get the refund of Rs.735 nor I can re-create my ID. Very much disappointed. I agree mistakes can happen during creating our ID. But at least we can expect Bug solution right? The app needs an implementation.. Otherwise, it remains HOPELESS forever. Place : Girinagar. Bangalore.

Solve this problem ASAP. Many times this app's map shows that I am (rider) not at the store when I try to scan QR code for the next order. It wastes my and other riders time too much. We already raised this issue with the store manager but no solution.

I can't book gigs in my app because it not shown gigs in my app I told to the store manager but nobody can't solve my problem already one week is gone still facing this issue then how to come online very very worst.

Not giving imsentive and saying that i have not reached their conditions 1)4 hours login mandatory from 7-11 I have completed it 2)12 orders deliver 590 is the insentive I have done 13 orders Even though they are not giving insentives its just for display they will give less earnings i will show you the 100% proof😠😠

I have very very bad experience today on 30/08/24 As I ordered portronics powerbank, which is not working or charging my phone, I raised a complaint about this, but blink it support team is worst support team, I suggest everyone to buy ordered from Amazon or Flipkart specially electronics items as blinkit don't return or refund it, only replacement what would I do with the replacement if the product is not compatible, when I raised complaint about they transferred support team more than 10Times

Blinkit not giving incentive money, escaping when we raise ticket. Support team not helpful, they clearly said we won't give incentive money. App also worst app, asking two selfies for every order. While going online also asking two selfies & app update, it wasting too much time. Worst delivery app I have ever seen. Finally in my opinion if you want job with good salary don't go for blinkit delivery job, you will work hard but earn very less money.
