Apps is nonsense with the sequencing and super lag, press back went back go home page and need refresh constantly to update/unlock waypoint, can you guy do something about it to make delivery driver have a easier life, update here and there, change here and there end up having more issue with the apps

Latest version is worse. Please do something about it or just use the older version. Taking photo takes time and that's a waste of driver's time. And also while taking photo the autofocus just cannot make it .
Add On
It's kinda annoying when it won't let me click anything on everything every once in a while and have it close/open from time to time when it freezes. And also it will be helpful when we have the option to save the consignee's name and contact info.

Sequencing is by far one of the issue with this app. It is a waste of time for the drivers to do additional work and the locking of waypoint just messes with the flow of work. It's not user friendly at all. It's purely disgusting and waste of time. Really do not see how sequencing brings out the cutting edge over your competitors in fact it just make NinjaVan less favourable for the drivers.
