When it works, it's ok. When it doesn't....well, draw your own conclusions. Trying to get my tickets for the game is a touch and go affair. It says screen shots don't work to use your barcode...but they do. Of course they do, it's literally the same picture, just screen shotted. Sign in is painful, due to it being linked to the clusterF that Ticketek is...can you please seperate the systems? Much like the recent on field performance, this app needs work.

Just updated up 5.2.8. Stillno good. Crashes when going into a player. 2017 review: Very limited and low functionality. Needs more member zone features too. The fixtures are the main thing I use it for but even that is clunky because you need to tap twice to get the actual game time. Why not just have the time under the date on the first fixtures page???

Marginally terrible app Probably only worth installing it for ticketing purposes. It is a messy disjointed garbage app. Even the most simple of tasks like trying to find out who the Eagles are playing next, when and where are far easier to find out by just about any other means. Check the ratings for the latest version and there's a heap of 1 and 2 stars. Remember 1 star = nothing as you cannot give zero. Update: The app now shows fixtures and game times on the front page.

Hopeless. Hardly works to use my ticket and almost never works for ticket resale. The app won't even open get past the first splash screen if I don't turn home wifi off. I guess because it's tied to telstra somehow. Using pixel 6 with latest software. The app may as well not exist because I have to use a computer to do either of the tasks mentioned above.

Reasonable, however more can be done with the history of the game. Footage of old games particularly finals not just grand finals. Perhaps highlights of great players, stats and the skills that stood them apart from the oposition. More reasons to tune in to the app.

News items are slow and generic. Same rhetoric for all news items. Time for some fresh input. Why can't the Eagles have their own independent web site? I get the impression that it is a routine which the producers see as a chore. Also, we get the "latest" news after everyone else! Feels insulting for passionate members to see poor and somewhat spasmodic news with little depth and often devoid of factual detail and high on poorly presented emotion or fad statements. Do you know your audience?

App is very good once the rigmarole of setting it up is over. Hooking both app and ticketmaster together is PAINFULLY tedious. I have helped 5 friends download the app in the past 2 years, and it isn't any easier. But you do get there.....
