El mandato de PSiRA se deriva de la Ley 56 de 2001 sobre la Reglamentación de la Industria de la Seguridad Privada (PSiR). El objetivo principal de la Autoridad es regular la Industria de la Seguridad Privada y ejercer un control efectivo sobre la práctica de la ocupación del proveedor de servicios de seguridad en el público e interés nacional y en interés de la propia industria de seguridad privada.Los servicios en línea de PSiRA se diseñaron para los proveedores de la industria de seguridad privada, permitiéndoles interactuar con PSiRA y permitiendo que el sector programe reservas con PSIRA.
Los ciudadanos sudafricanos (usuarios) también pueden usarlo para verificar los proveedores de seguridad que trabajan en sus hogares y / o lugares de trabajo. Esto permite a los usuarios asegurarse de designar proveedores de seguridad registrados.

This was supposed to be a time, money and energy saver. instead its the opposite, app cant let me log-in with the "credentials" that they just sent me upon registering😒. To make matters worse it cant even allow me to pay for my renewal of psira "transaction declined by authorisation system" despite mutliple attempts😵... God forsaken app

The company is useless with answering phone calls. Every call rings for 3 minutes, 11 seconds, and then just cuts off. You can phone multiple times and have the same problem happen. Their customer support is absolutely pathetic. They do not care enough about their customer to sort this issue out as it's been happening for months! If I could rate lower, I would. I'm absolutely appalled by Psiras' commitment to just not caring enough!

I'm struggling to login with my correct credentials I don't understand why must I struggle usimy own cellphone and my own number but it says it doesn't recognize my credentials I'm so Pissed Off Shame with this stupid PSIRA App.

Struggling with the username and I'm confused cause the number is exactly the one I used when registering, come on your app should be updated. I tried to opt but still no code 🤨😐

This is app has been problematic since it was launched about 10 years ago !!! I've been trying to get my grades updated and renewed online but no joy for months on end. They keep chasing me around to different training programs,business plans,tutorials, videos but Never what I really want. So now I must go in to their offices and make an appointment which means a loss of income for me 🤮😡🤬

Iv been trying to book since the beginning of the year the booking that I had this year was canceled due to going up a level and now I just can't get a booking again .when ever I look to book it's permanently full this is a terrible app that doesn't help and the website is just as usless ... how are we supposed to keep our certificates up-to-date when the people running the show doesn't know what they are doing? So I'm giving this a 1 star because it doesn't allow me to give it zero

I expect it to be more helpful than just verifying details. Queue is the stressful for every one. If the App can help with things like registration and updating of of certificate it will be more useful

This App is terrible. Keeps giving errors after the apdate and doesn't seem to work. Not that the previous one worked any beter. Please fix this App.
