app's consumption of battery level is high, not possible for every one to keep location on every time. shows information very late does not show the room only building number Doesn't show all ziyarat points . pedometer doesn't work offline like other apps

i have a few suggestions to improve the user's experience: 1) Add maps mapping the building numbers, bus stop, medical despenceries, etc, separately for Azizia, mina tent, and madina. 2) Integrate data of passport copy, health and vaccine card, haj visa, copy of ID card issued by HCoI, etcs, and make it available even in offline so that hajj can access it anytime. 3) Quran with translation and transcription to be added. 4) UI for the dua feels not user-friendly

this app is most helpful, guide us when we are in confusion,regard as our best friends.All Duva for prayers in frequent circumstances.Most helpful for time of Salah in aeroplane,All details can we check about our status.All problem can we solve by this app.This app.is most helpful but directions of quibla facilities not available.So I suggest for Quibla direction.Thanks.

very much delay in providing the information of rooms and when traffic is heavy it won't work at all every thing is blank you can't rely on this 100%, just for support and to store data is it best

Poor service by Hajj Committee, option of online reporting is not working. Being told to come to Mumbai office. Once we go there within 3 mins they book the confirmation. Error shows visa and payment not made, whereas i had made full payment, got to know later that database persons are not loading visa hence getting error, other perso. says i should have reportrd online before 72 hours, whereas no communication received from comite Whats the use of the website when it's giving trouble to hajji.

precision of app is lacking. when u click luggage location, it goes to some European country when the luggage is just lying in my room of Makkah. some times the app lags even on a phone of s23 ultra with 12gb ram.

Some good features but the Pedometer doesn't work right. I walked 14k+ steps today, but it is showing lesser than 9k steps. On 16th May 2025, I walked 21k+ steps but its showing 12k steps in Haj Suvidha app. What a let down! 😞

Assalmualikum, The facilities, such as the haj classes prior to moving out from Haj house and thereafter, other amenities, facilities were very very good. This App is very helpful, however, the Adhahi description, details about movement to Mecca or Madina may be added, by which transport with date thereoff will definitely help. Secondly, in Mecca, free wheel chair, facilities avaliable,list and found centre is availble and it should be added with location, Duaa and Jazakallahumma khair to H/ C
