Can't pay my bill. Useless

Great app, and very user friendly! I can easily login and answer my security question, it's a great security feature. I like being able to pay for my bill via the app and also choose any upgrades if I'm interested. An easy five stars!

Useless. You can't log in. It asks for the answer for a security question... But the question isn't displayed. Another brilliant product from the developers at Block Communications, whose team motto has got to be "meh, just ship it" at this point.

Unable to login using known credentials and whomever thought up the secret questions didn't do a very good job! They suck and and two of mine have the same answer but neither of them work. My street name didn't change. One secret questions is what street I lived on in the third grade and the other question is asking about the sixth grade. It was the same street! THEN TELL ME I HAVE TO GO TO A LOBBY, TO GET SIGNED IN? ABSOLUTE WHACK!!!! UNINSTALL

Its worthless!!! I really worry about my personal info with the same tech company that uses this app really. Pay all my bills on my phone just cant get it to work. Makes me worry.
