Was instructed to update the app and now it will not open

Never had this useful of an app with my last emc co. Their app was very simple. Just had our 1st outtage with CGEMC. Thought I had this app installed & didn't. In the short time I got the app installed & logged in to report it, it told me the outage was already reported for my acct. Nice. Power came back on around 10mins. Explored the app. Could view detailed outage map zoom in & out. It even gives you a weather layer. You can see your detailed usage down to day & hour. WOW👏!

I have two utilities through this company. I was instructed on how to link them. However, I've never been able to use the app to pay. I had to go back to paper bills mailed to avoid the headache each month to pay.

Could be improved for Android. Difficult to make use of graphs and charts for daily usage. Can't read the dates.

Useless as a 3 dollar bill. User ID and password sections black out so I can't even log into my account and I'm without power and can't report outage can't use with android 11

I love this app because I can just pay straight off my debit card or if you're in Dollar general you can use your barcode and add money that way
