This is a review of the App, not the company. It crashes. Cancelled one trip planned ahead (as opposed to getting a cab right now) that I entered on the app. It gave no reason and the notification came through on SMS. I re enter the booking then it gave me the cancelled one back as well. Now there were two bookings at the same time. It also crashed halfway through all this. Ended up having to phone them up to work out what was going on.

Most of the time the time keeping of the cab is good, however, there's been a few times just when the cab is 2-3 mins away I get texted that they've changed the driver & will take 10-15 minutes . Also the 2times I've pre-booked the cab has phoned me 2tell me it's going 2b late, but - is on its way. This is extremely bad, & can only deliver a lack of confidence of your firm to your customers. Also, when ever you speak 2 an operator they are always foreign and in another country... 🤨🤔

Rubbish. Reinstalled app as got a message saying booking cancelled as soon as I opened it. Update did exactly the same thing. It doesn't seem to know there is an area called Chelsea and when I finally managed to get the destination in there was no way of booking. When did the company become so flipping useless

DO NOT USE THIS CAB FIRM! Since Data Cars took over my local cab firm the standards have plummeted. Pre-booking is a waste of time cos the drivers either arrive late or the operators are trying locate an available driver. Clearly they don't understand the process of pre-booking! They have performed poorly in the space of less than 2 weeks and the app is abysmal. I've already tweeted them and funnily enough the best service I've received from them is responding promptly to a negative tweet!

Shockingly bad registration experience. I can't register as when checking text with verification code, the app reverts to previous screen. So you have to start again, then too many attempts and you are locked out. Very poor. PS: It's even worse: I used my gf mobile to get verification code to install, then get her credit card details in my app. This app is a danger : no device verification handshake, poorly coded, no data security.

Good service with cars and drivers. Always have problems saving destinations for return journey as I prefer to have that set up when booking. It offers suggestions but when I tap and try to save it will not let me. Would be 5* when I can save every time.

I can't even get the app to work. I enter the verification code and I get an error message every time! Pre the new app - pre-booking doesn't matter to this company. Cars never arrive or are extremely late. Avoid!

Previously used old version of app. This version needed me to reregister, but would not allow me to. Stopped using Data Cars because their incompetence 2 years ago. Thought I'd give them another try but can't!
