Not sure how this app is helpful. Went through the process of creating an account as well as also giving full access to my locaton. Difficult to understand. First and only experience was very frustrating. We ended up just walking to our resort from beaver creek village after waiting 20 minutes. Thankfully our actual resort shuttle picked us up after about halfway.

Literally can't download the app on my OnePlus 12. Tried it on data and multiple wi-fi networks. Either sits at 1% or pending indefinitely. And you can't get on the bus without it.

Good app, updates within the minute and functions reliably. Make sure to learn your pickup locations and destinations as the app.wont do much for you on that.

The new User Interface is bloated and dumb. The old UI where everything was one page was much simpler. Even the map works worse. Great upgrade, guys.

Absolutely love Village Connect. Shuttles were prompt, drivers were courteous and I never had to walk up hill from the Village to our house. Download the app as soon as you get to Beaver Creek. It is easy to use to schedule a pick-up.

Not reliable, long ETAs, depends if there are enough drivers for the app to route rides....more of a headache, angry guests, terrible manager at Village Transportation, rude, didn't care...must be terrible for the employees! Will never ride a VT bus, after a guest fell out of an overcrowded moving bus!

Android app is buggy. Half the time you just see a screen with very little information and no updated after you've requested.

There's absolutely no reason this needs to be an app. It's kinda useless as it stands, but everything it does could just be a website. Why do I have to log in to see where the parking lots are.
