app only. loses connection with router often and says the app doesn't support it and crashes. I think fixing the latest bug, it created another.

Firefly is fantastic, but the app is extremely slow.

When I try onboarding my router, whether with the QR code or manually entering the numbers, I get the same "Uh-oh can't connect try again later" error code. I tried while connected to wifi and tried with cell service and no matter which I get the same message.

Firefly is the best internet and phone service i have ever had. Watching movies is great no buffering anymore. Before we got firefly it buffered all the time with Hughes net and could not watch. Thanks firefly for the great service.

The site logged me out and now will not accept my login info. I've called support, no one knows what is going on. This needs a revamp, it definitely has problems.

until firefly we had horrible internet. could not stream anything. could only get on facebook and youtube then would burn through our high speed data 2 weeks into the month. now we can steam 9 different devices with no problem

This app sucks everytime I try to log on to my account it says request time ran out and can't get my router on the damn app like it wants me too cause it either ran out of time or it has no connection!!!!

Everytime I try to type my login information it registers the keystrokes as more than what I type. When hitting the backspace it still trys to type letters. Can't login at all on the app, just use the website.
