We are a premier private fitness studio located just blocks from the Edge District near Downtown St. Pete. We offer Group Circuit Training Classes, Personal and Small Group Training, Nutritional Advice, Wellness Coaching, and Triathlon/Run Coaching. With a wide range of expertise, all of our trainers and instructors are Certified, Educated and Experienced.
With our STRENGTH, ENDURANCE, PERFORMANCE, and HIIT pillars, Mission Fitness DTSP offers multiple training options that are both motivating and challenging. Our class schedule allows clients to effectively book their day, week, and month with a balanced mix of work and recovery.
Mission Fitness DTSP trainers and instructors are held to the highest standard of professionalism, and we encourage and develop our team to be industry leaders. We make programming adjustments to accommodate all levels of clientele.
You'll experience experts who care about your results. We're Certified USAT Level 1 Coaches under the US Olympic Committee.

Our coaches have experience in all distances, both running and triathlon from 5k-marathons & sprint distance to full Ironman distance triathlons; all ages and ability levels.

Expect to receive instruction and guidance on fitness nutrition, strength training, injury rehab and transition skills.
