First you make me use the app instead of my keychain barcode. Then you prevent me from taking a screenshot if the QR code so I have to load the app every time. Now the app logs me out every day. Sometimes it feels like you're being openly hostile toward your members

Why didn't it let me pull up the qrcode unless I updated the app? It's not just annoying that you need to pull up this app without watch app support, but also wait at the front desk for it to update.

Terrible, they had a bad app, now worse, but they tell the staff each must use the app or can't get in. No discount for bad app or additional hassle. Been a member for over 10 yrs, this may make me quit.
