Half the time the app doesnt even load. When it does and i try to log in, it takes forever and eventually gives an error message. Very slow app and is never updated. Didnt have any issues with it until recently. Update 01/10/22: App is completely useless. Says my email address isnt recognized even though my info was saved from previous logins. Sucks because i cant see when something is due now.

Hasn't been updated in a year. It's so so slow you might as well just make a phone call. Filled with glitches, errors, discrepancies between what you have available to pick up and what's actually available. Not just with ready times either. Pharmacy staff never have any idea what's going on with the app. They act like somebody spent 3 minutes telling them about the app one time. And that's it. This app might get 4 stars.. in 2009.

Very easy to renew prescriptions, etc. I can see when I'm close to needing to renew them. I do think it a bit odd that expired prescription numbers are still listed in my account especially since they are no longer active and cannot be used to refill again. I greatly appreciate this app. It also indicates when it's in progress and then completed.

[Samsung S23+/Android 14] Now (2/2025) app really slow to open, lag ~40 seconds opening pages, often times just blank pages. Requested refill in app, double checked and app never sent the refill. Information on medication refill #'s, drugs on file, e-scripts in process, either missing or doesn't match info/synced on pharmacy end. Generally requires a call to pharmacy to find refill, req refill or find on-file meds that are not showing in app, or to make sure med refill is in process. Pls fix.

There are many problems with this app and they don't seem to do any maintenance to fix them. The biggest issue is that prescriptions will show in the ready to be refilled section, or I will get a text to refill something, and I will check it off to be refilled. Later it falls out of the ready for refill. Why is it so difficult to determine when a script should be refilled? This is very frustrating

This app is working extremely well in most areas. Mainly two that could use improvement. I've never been able to get alerts to notify me (had to sign up for text alerts). Second, I wish it could show me the quantity of pills I'm suppose to get. Otherwise, great app.

It would be ok if I could ever actually get logged in. Every month when I need to order refills it says my saved password is wrong and I have to change it. I click the "Remember me" button every time but every month it tells me I'm wrong. This month I try to change my password once again and it says my email isn't registered, to make a new account. I'm done with this app. I'll use the website.

Makes it very easy to refill medications, request the pharmacy to contact the provider for a new prescription, and to see when medications are ready to pick up, or overdue for a refill...A nice perk would be if we could request delivery in the app, instead of always having to call. Although I understand it's important to be sure a customer is close enough and otherwise qualifies for delivery.
