Dont waste your money. They took money then when their product failed to even get the paperwork right before even listing they said I cant get a refund because "I used their services" waiting for tech support to NOT solve a problem with their software is YOUR PROBLEM. Site just freezes most times, how can a customer use something that locks up your buyers will quit before they ever make it to your listing. JUNK

Nice you release an app so I can review... This service is garbage and just a conduit for countless spam calls trying to upsell services. It started on day 1: "We noticed you haven't sold your property yet..." and continued daily. After wasting a few months we bit the bullet with a 'real' broker and closed at better than expected price. Thus the effective fees are a wash, except for the extra expenses carrying the property while on Houzeo.

This app is rediculous... it keeps crashing. How am I supposed to sell a house if what Houseo is offering as a tool doesn't work. This is very frustrating as it is one of their selling features that I was planning on using. I had someone interested and the app kept crashing in front of the perspective buyer.

Do not use them. I was under the impression I would have access under the MLS through them. But it's actually a local agent who lists it and the agent would add my name and phone number to the remarks. Highly deceptive service. I regret using them as the $400 I paid for the silver package was never used and they won't give me a refund since it's past 14 days. I repeat do not use them.

The worst service possible. The company is run by criminals. They will take your money, they won't list your house, and the credit card company will side with them against you! They aren't licensed to list real estate! They are scammers!
