This is a solid app that allows remote control and monitoring. It has it's quirks: if I turn the timer functionality on the heater turns itself off in the middle of the day. I've turned the timer off and it shuts down when the pump stops. App team: if you're reading these reviews, can we have the temperature to one decimal point? It would give me a better idea of how fast it's heating the pool. It'd also be great to have some reports so I can see what settings work best. Happy to beta test.

June 2020 update: 3 stars down from 5 Change of desired temperature works from Nth time. App became very buggy without any changes! Fix it! Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Easy to install and set up (just read and follow the instructions! it's not obvious). English and French languages available, as well as degrees in C and F.

Worked fine until the update. The app keeps saying offline. Reconnecting takes multiple tries and when finally connecting it goes offline the next day. Called support and they troubleshooted the same things I did and couldn't tell me anymore. Why have remote wifi capabilities if you cant use it. Worthless if you ask me.

Cheap app, extremely expensive wi-fi module. The wifi chip itself it's less than 3$ on the chinese market. They charge 230$cad for the wi-fi module. The app it's bugging a lot, i'm not sure if the heater is receiving the command when i'm away from home. To bad i can not give them zero Stars ;) now the app is completely dead. Shame on you guys for 230$ you should be giving a perfect solution.

I find the application very good and enjoy being able to control it remotely. One major issue or application improvement that should be envisaged is being able to see and set the time from the app. I have seen when we lose Hydro my schedule gets all screwed up

App doesn't work on android, when registering for an account, can't type into the confirm password field and can not select country, both are required fields

Nirvana Warranty service: No reply from you yet regarding the wifi module issue. I have no problem giving 5 stars if Nirvana contacts me back and resolves the pending issue.
