1/2/2019 update: Unbelievably, nothing has changed in 4 YEARS! Useless as is. Only 2 features show up, ID Card & link to find Dr. on website. There are no login options, you are required to enter a password each time you need to open the app. With over 200 password accounts, I can't be required to remember & enter a password each time I have to show my ID card. As for the only other function, Google Local is quick to find providers. I'll quit trying unless IHA plans on making it functional.

the app locks up, when I try to search for providers a blank screen comes up with no way to search anything. this app stinks and is unreliable

Can't even use this app. Everytime I login it immediately stops loading and freezes. Absolutely useless.

Need a law degree to decipher the 20 page terms of service everything requires you to agree too. If there was ever a law we needed it to stop companies from requiring you to sign what you cant comprehend. A pin instead of a password is a better option. Every app requires a password. Its become rediculous given that phones are 1 user only. A pin is easier to remember less mistakes. How many use the same password for all apps? Major security issue right there. Avoid it with a pin.

Downloaded app last week, opened app today and it says this version needs to be updated. When I push the update button nothing happens. Using on my Samsung Galaxy A50. So app won't open or update. Not helpful. Uninstaller and reinstalled, same message this version not supported this was the Nov 2021 version. Still won't open or update.

Updated the mobile app and it will not send me an email verification to enter a pin number. Tried to update email even though it is correct to see if that helped and it wouldn't save. Sent an email to IHA directly to try and get it fixed but no response after a week. I even went so far as to try the IHA website on my mobile and laptop still gave me the same problems. UPDATE 3/29/23 IHA was quick to respond and correct the issue I had with the IHA mobile app. Thank you very much!

Just sign up. Looked really good it Worked good for a day, now it's calling for update and it won't update. New update.. developer fixed the issue. THANK YOU! I can't give you a 5 star just yet because I'm still new to the app and still figuring it out but if I could I would do a 4.8. 🙂🙂

This app is basically broken. Do not waste your time trying to install and configure it. I installed it and it would not go past "Please wait while we gather your information" after I painstakingly put in a lot of information. I tried twice, spending nearly 30 minutes before I finally gave up. I've got my plastic card and that will have to be good enough.
