UI is terribly unintuitive. For the past six months I haven't been able to view my policies because after you click on "Policy Documents/Cards", it brings you to a blank page that just says "Automobile" at the top. There's nothing to indicate that "Automobile" is a button to be pressed. It just looks like a page header and appears as if nothing is loading underneath it. The offline-use-notes makes this illusion worse. After six months, I touched it on complete accident and found my policies.

Never had an issue with this app, until a few months ago. Now when I try to log into my account, it says my credentials are incorrect (they're not.) Or, sometimes I get an "Unknown Error" and it says it's an "Invalid reCaptcha" (the "I'm not a robot" process) but it didn't give me a "puzzle" to solve, just checked it off as if I solved it. This has been frustrating bc my account ends up getting locked and I have to revalidate my email, when all I'm trying to do is pay my bill.

This app worked great for years until the last update. Now it crashes when I try to login to my account. I've un-installed and reinstalled the app. But it still crashes. This app was just updated again this week. Now I receive a message only stating "Unknown Error". Uninstall ingredients and re-installing did not help. At this point, I would remove my 1 star rating, if I could.

This app is actually so terrible the UI is awful. And it's a miracle if I can actually access my insurance (the only thing you really need in the pages of worthless bloat.) Between "Invalid captcha", the servers being down, or the app just forgetting my information. I think it might be easier to go to the bank, withdraw money, drive to the nearest kyfb and pay there. Abysmal app.

Not sure what happened but I cant log in now it just spins and spins and spins. It worked just fine before. I cant pay my bill and its due today. I looked through the reveiws here and I see that I'm not the only ome with problems and those same problems have persisted for at least 2 months. Noone can get the app to log in and pay bills. They know it's messed up but won't fix it. I'm sick of companies wanting us to use a broken app.

Well sense the most recent update on or near November 13th 2024 the app is absolutely worthless! I can no longer log in or even see where the hell to login cannot access any of my documentation or pay any of my policies premiums!! I have to go into work without proof of insurance because of this but I have emailed my agent to send it to me and to remove me from all paperless settings as I now have to rely on USPS for my bills and policy documents. Yeah like that's a good idea

01/12/25 apparently the app updated the sign in screen and keeps saying wrong captcha. Well I got pulled over and couldn't sign in they will be hearing from me about this in the morning. Super buggy system. Bring back the old portal Update 3/5/25 still buggy on saying invalid captche. this is a joke of tech support team if they can't manage an app that wasn't broke. I've been with this company for years and I've never wanted to leave More.
