Very limited app. It could be so much more. All it does is save you a very quick phone call. No ordering of supplies and most options in the app state the site is off line, except for report of test. So after hearing from customer service I place an order to activate the softwares feature of order tracking and still when clicking on it I get the error that the service is unavailable due to maintainence and the app crashes and i have to log back into it. You need to call me!

When it works, it's convenient. But at least twice in the last couple of months, it's been down for maintenance when I've been trying to input data - broad daylight PST, middle of the week, so not a normal time for software to have maintenance cycles run (weekend and middle of the night). I'm getting calls from the doctor, it's a royal pain, and I'm extremely frustrated.

I have used mdINR for about 7 years now and my biggest complaint is when placing orders. I have to write the tracking number on paper to just have to input on an other website to track. I thought after seeing commercials about it the app would be upgraded. A link for tracking packages would be nice. Or at least let it let me copy and paste. I can't even do that.

I can log in and connect to my device via Bluetooth, but then the app crashes. I reinstalled it multiple times and restarted my phone but the same problem kept occurring. I called customer service and was told "it's probably the app, not anything you're doing." I sent an email to the tech support address for the app, listed here on Google Play, and got this response: "This email is to notify you that your email has been blocked by our corporate email scrubber. Our strict corporate policy prohibits any email communication from non-approved senders. Gaining access to email our employee personnel requires proper approval. Please contact intended recipient and have them submit the proper authorization. If this is an urgent matter, please find another appropriate means of communication. (Telephone, fax, mail, etc)." Seriously? You guys have some work to do!

Update Oct 7. Galaxy S7 does not connect to network. Thus cannot report tests. You obviously do not read your reviews. Several have the newest version Oct 7, and cannot connect to your network. QA did not test this. Update after installing Oct 12 release. Can now login and they fixed timing to allow fingerprint login, previous allowed less than 1 second to use fingerprint reader. Hopefully they improve bluetooth connection to blood testing device.

No transfer of results from unit, coag-sense pt-2 inr. Pairing questionable. Shows up on phone bluetooth, but if I select pair meter in app settings, says unit selected as noted above here does not support bluetooth, yet the bluetooth symbol is flashing on unit like it's trying to connect. Even entered pairing code from phone. Nothing. I don't get any idea that results sent to doctor.

I have used this app for over a year now. The past 4 months I'm unable to log in and no one can find the problem & I liked the convience of reporting my inr through the app. Now I have to call it in. Any idea how to correct the issue? I have tried different devices and same thing. As well as I tried to call and you are experiencing long wait times & I stayed on hold for over 20 minutes and couldn't no longer

Since the update on March 4, 2024, I don't get notifications to test. I tried to turn the notifications back on but the app says all notifications are blocked. So I deleted and reinstalled and now I can't pair my meter to the app, there is a red X next to the meter I selected which I assume means it's not connected. I had to call in my INR number this morning yet I tested yesterday. I'm disappointed because it was working fine 11 days ago.
