Go to the dealership and they say the TCU is fine must be the app, the app now won't even load. This system hasn't worked since I bought my 2024 Mulholland. So half the feature on the bike don't work properly as need the app. If i could give it zero stars I would. Still no idea why the app shows location of phone not bike. Very not useful if stolen.

It's a decent start for an app. The features on it are really nice when they work, but I find the app often loses connection or simply won't load. When it does work the ride generator is awesome, I love being able to tell it to avoid highways with its route planning and seeing level 2 charging stations on your way. Hopefully livewire can get the kinks worked out in the next version or two. The bike itself is the funnest motorcycle I've ever owned.

Awful app. Still buggy. Loses contact wih bike. Doesn't track bike location. Isn't reading bike details since installing the latest update.. Can't even log into the app today. And, when I eventually got the app to log in, none of the functions work.

The motorcycle is amazing,loving it. The app sucks , doesn't load , slow, maps don't update, conflicts when Bluetooth helmet is paired ... Sticking with mounted phone + Bluetooth helmet.

Good first start, but needs some work on improving the existing features so they work properly, and adding more features that were promised which aren't active yet.
