Terrible app... Has all the info you would want, just in an inaccessible, cludgy format. Want to use a map to get around the resort? Take a screenshot one time, it'll make your life easier. Want to ask a question or make a reservation? Just call, despite what the app says. You'll probably have to enter your personal and flight info about 5 times throughout your trip. Download when needed, but the best interaction I'll have with this app is deleting it.

App updated about a week or so ago. Ever since it only shows two Sandal resorts. We are currently at the Royal Caribbean and whenever I try to get a description of an activity, the app locks up and I haveto force close it. If I try to open the resort map, it asks for permission to have access to my photos and then opens my photo gallery.

App crashes consistently. If you leave the app and comeback to it, it logs you out. Many of the links in the app take you out of the app to a web browser. Requires login every time. The fingerprint login doesn't work at all. The app looks like it would be helpful if it didn't crash and I didn't have to type my password in every time.

Unable to log in. 2 different android phones, 2 different problems. Samsung Galaxy S6 - app will not completely load, circle just keeps spinning. Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, type in login credentials and nothing happens. It just stays on the login screen with your credentials still in the fields. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app in both devices and no luck. seems the app just does not work. Please fix the app or take it down!

Come on FIX THE APP ALREADY! I see reviews from 2019 saying the same things as every other year including 2024. Having everything on an app makes trips much easier. After attempting to use your app I don't even wanna go through Sandals anymore. You're supposedly this amazing company but can't afford to fix your app?hmm. I'll go through Expedia instead 🙄 Wouldn't send a reset password link to my email. SO didn't even get past the login. RIDICULOUS. And I'm supposed to trust y'all to plan a trip

Love this app. I've never used it to make changes to my reservation, just call their number and talk to a real person. I love the countdown feature. When I have rough day, I can log in to see the countdown to my vacation. It works well for keeping track of points and past trips.

Won's even let me create a profile. Keeps telling me what the password requirements are but I have met all the requirements. Have tried numerous different options which all include the requirements. Cannot even get into the app to rate properly.
