Smart door access intiative was awesome, however, as the company grew day by day, there have been many issues, especially with leave requests and managing older balances. Frequent login errors? For example, if I was logged out, I would not get another OTP. I mean what in the world is happening to this app?

Has to be the MOST GLITCHY AND BUG RIDDEN APP EVER. Honestly losing my patience with it. First to log in via otp it doesn't send the otp. Takes ages to do it. Then once you're in (and your wifi, bluetooth and location is on) it still doesn't work, says gateway offline. Stay away from this, you'll thank yourself later.

Does not capture location. Sometimes when logged out and logged in again, captures location. But when still was not able to do, i had uninstalled and downloaded. Since then I am not able to login as I am not receiving OTP. Can't use app

As per the user interface, the app is very good and gives justification on solution features. Ultimately, it is value for money and investment. Very user friendly app and wireless is really a good feature which saved almost 25% of my cabling headach and dependency.

Worst app ever. It logged me out of my account automatically in just 2 days after downloading it. And now i am not able to login again. Entering my mobile number and then nothing, it's just stuck there and after sometime it shows that "please check your internet connection".

Tried logging in many times but this app doesn't allow me to login and exits after showing a error message. I have created a account and set password to it but still the same issue. Please try to resolve this issue
